Ilaria Ciucci

laria Ciucci is a member of the Flower&Klein Legal team.
Prior to joining Flower&Klein Ilaria practiced in a major international law firm
and in an Italian leading law firm, both in Milan. Her main areas of practice were
Banking & Finance and Restructuring.
As HR Consultant in Flower&Klein, she currently manages and executes
recruitment projects in the legal field for various practices (Corporarate M&A,
Banking & Finance, Project Finance, Restructuring, Labor, Tax, Real Estate,
Litigation, Antitrust, IP and Data Protection) for italian and international law firms
and for In House.
In 2022 she gained a bachelor’s degree in Law at Università degli Studi di Firenze
with a thesis on Bankruptcy Law “The Insolvency Code and Alert Procedures”.
Ilaria lives in Milan and she speaks French and English fluently.
