Since 2020, I have been working in the field of human resources with a major focus on consultancy.

Prior to joining Flower&Klein, I worked at one of the largest employment agencies as an Account Manager. In that role, I managed assigned client’s portfolio, increased market share by building new relationships, and supported companies in recruitment and personnel management activities.

Later, I worked as a Head Hunter and Business Developer for one of the leading international consulting firms, specializing in the Energy and Engineering industries. I was engaged with top-level managers of companies to select middle and senior management profiles. This allowed me to gain knowledge about various renewable energy industry realities, understand their needs, and develop a clear vision of the most sought-after profiles in the job market.

Thanks to this experience, I am now able to identify clients' needs and offer solutions, including alternative ones, providing an up-to-date picture of the job market and offering comprehensive 360 degree consultancy services.

I have a Degree in Modern Literature, the University of Luigi Vanvitelli in Caserta, and subsequently I obtained two master's degrees. The first was a first-level master's degree in Human Resource Organization from Stoà Business School, and the second was in Management and Organization of Human Resources from La Sapienza University in Rome.

I am a native Italian speaker and I speak English fluently.
