With over 15 years of experience in Middle and Top Management recruitment, Alessandra has built a strong career in executive search, becoming a trusted advisor in HR consultancy for both national and international companies.

She began her career at an international executive search firm, specializing in Finance & Accounting profiles for corporate clients and private equity funds. She then expanded her expertise at a global leader in human resources, working across sectors such as Healthcare, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Currently at Flower&Klein, Alessandra serves as Principal for the Industrial Services, Pharma, and Medical Devices, managing executive search projects with a particular focus on senior roles such as Operations Directors, Sales Directors, R&D, and QHSE.

She holds a degree in Humanities, specializing in the management and economics of Cultural Heritage from the University of Milan, and is fluent in English.
