In her current role at Flower&Klein, she manages recruitment projects across multiple sectors, including Retail, Fashion & Luxury, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceuticals, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.

Giada holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Services from the University of Milan, with a specialization in labor consultancy and human resources management. This academic background has provided her with a strong legal and organizational foundation.
