Kamal Hakim

Kamal R. Hakim is a recruiter and executive search consultant with more than 10 years of professional experience helping organizations identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent. Having lived and worked in both the United States and Italy, he brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural business environments and the practical realities of hiring across borders. Originally from Texas, Kamal holds an MBA and a Master's in Hospitality Management. He began his career in marketing with major brands including Ford, the NBA, and Pizza Hut, then moved into restaurant development, building and operating concepts firsthand before transitioning into recruiting and executive search. He has since led talent acquisition and executive search for companies across a range of industries, with particular depth placing senior talent for European firms building out their US operations, from executive hires to first US commercial roles.
