Francesca is an Italian qualified lawyer and has several years of experience in recruitment, she focuses her activity especially in the legal field. Before joining Flower&Klein Francesca worked as a lawyer in a law firm and then in 2015 she started her career as a recruiter and became Manager in a UK Legal Search & Recruitment Consultancy. She conducts researches for a broad range of international and domestic law firms and companies. She works on opportunities for lawyers in all practice areas both for private practice and in house. Taking advantage of her years as a lawyer she is able to provide detailed market intelligence and overview, combined with practical advices such as the appropriate firm or company to approach.
